Our St Arnaud operation is a Goldacres Sprayer Centre, being a dedicated sales, parts and service operation with a strong team of local parts and service experts.

We are looking for a committed, motivated person with attention to detail, to join our team.  To provide excellent customer service and parts support to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to commence their career at a Dealership.

You will receive extensive on the job training which includes learning sessions at the Goldacres Head Office, Ballarat.

This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible work hours.

Core responsibilities of this role

  • Field parts enquiries from customers, interpret requirements and provide price and availability.
  • Provide and maintain parts consumed by the workshop, that they are expensed correctly.
  • Maintain Parts inventory, on the Sprayer Centre’s computer program.
  • Ensure the parts are displayed in a clean, orderly and attractive manner.
  • Undertake the inward and outward freight activities.
  • Communicate with Suppliers, and reorder parts as required.

Experience

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Exceptional Customer service, communication, time management and organisational skills.
